This policy explains what information LigiComms (operated by LigimeX, Lucknow, India) collects when you use our website and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, reach out through our contact page — a real person will explain.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and organisation when you register.
- Content you create — posts, reels, videos, templates, messages, and recipient lists you add to run your campaigns.
- Connected channels — credentials or access tokens you provide to link email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social accounts, stored in encrypted form.
- Billing information — plan, currency, and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device, browser, approximate region, and pages visited, to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
- To provide the service — publishing your content, sending your messages, and showing you results.
- To secure your account and prevent abuse of the platform.
- To communicate important updates about your account or the service.
- To improve LigiComms based on how the product is actually used.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us in the regions where we operate.
Data security
We use encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data. Sensitive credentials and channel tokens are encrypted at rest, and all communication with the platform is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to team members who need it to support you.
International users & data transfers
LigiComms is operated from India and serves customers worldwide. When you use the service from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in India or in the regions where our infrastructure partners operate. We apply the same protections described in this policy regardless of where your data is processed, and use recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses where required) for cross-border transfers.

Your rights & choices
Wherever you are, you can:
- Access & update — view and correct your account information at any time from your profile.
- Export — request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Disconnect — unlink any channel you have connected, at any time, which revokes our access to it.
- Delete — close your account, and we remove your data in line with our retention practices and any legal obligations.
- Object or restrict — where local law (such as GDPR) gives you these rights, we honour them.

Data retention
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account closure, personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Children
LigiComms is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or inside the product before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top always tells you the current version.
