Terms & Conditions

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this agreement.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and send, and for having the right to contact your recipients under the laws that apply to you.
• You agree to follow the rules of the channels you connect (for example, provider and messaging-platform policies of Meta, Google/YouTube, X, Pinterest and telecom carriers) and all applicable laws.

Do not use LigiComms to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content, to message people without the consent your local law requires, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules to protect our users and partners.

Everything you create and upload — posts, videos, contact lists, templates — remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver it to the channels you choose. We claim no ownership over your content, and we don't use your contact lists for anything except delivering your campaigns.

• Paid plans and message credits are billed as described at the point of purchase. Charges reflect the plan and usage you select.
• Prices may be shown in INR, USD, AUD or your local currency depending on your region; your payment provider's exchange rates and fees may apply.
• Taxes (such as GST in India and Australia, or sales tax in the USA) and payment-processing fees may apply based on your location.
• Unless stated otherwise or required by your local consumer law, fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered.

We work hard to keep LigiComms available and reliable worldwide, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Delivery through third-party channels also depends on those providers — their outages, policy changes, or regional restrictions are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, LigiComms and LigimeX are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under your local law — including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and statutory rights of consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere.

LigiComms is operated from India and offered to customers worldwide. You're responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in your country. Some channels or features may be limited in certain regions due to provider or regulatory restrictions. You agree not to use the service from, or on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where it would violate export controls or sanctions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country give you the right to bring a claim there instead. We'd much rather solve any issue directly, so please talk to us first.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or inside the product. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
